Terms of Service

1. Acceptance Draft — counsel review

By accessing the waitlist or using Yiantsi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Private beta Draft — counsel review

Yiantsi is in private beta. The service may change, be interrupted, or break, and there is no service-level guarantee during the beta. Features may be added or removed as we build.

3. Acceptable use Draft — counsel review

Don't use Yiantsi to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to abuse or overload the service, or to attempt to break its security.

4. Intellectual property Draft — counsel review

You own the content you create with Yiantsi. Yiantsi and its team own the platform itself — the software, design, and brand. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service and process your content on your behalf.

5. AI output Draft — counsel review

Generated content is provided without warranty of accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and for how you use what you create.

6. Limitation of liability Draft — counsel review

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yiantsi is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta service.

7. Termination Draft — counsel review

You may stop using Yiantsi at any time. We may suspend or end access — for example for breach of these Terms or to protect the service — with notice where reasonable.

8. Governing law Draft — counsel review

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes Draft — counsel review

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We'll post the updated version here and, for material changes, give notice where appropriate.
